Apple Cinnamon Loaf (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1/3 cup packed brown sugar.
02 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon, split between mixtures.
03 - 2/3 cup white sugar.
04 - ½ cup butter, room temperature.
05 - 2 large eggs.
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
07 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour.
08 - 1¾ teaspoons baking powder.
09 - ½ cup milk.
10 - 2 large apples, diced.
11 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar.
12 - ½ cup confectioners' sugar.
13 - 2-3 tablespoons milk for topping.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Warm up oven to 350°F. Butter a 9x5 loaf pan thoroughly.
02 - Stir together the brown sugar with 1 tsp of the cinnamon until combined.
03 - Combine the chopped apples with 2 tbsp sugar and the remaining 1 tsp cinnamon.
04 - Beat butter with sugar until fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Slowly add flour mix and milk in turns.
05 - Pour half the batter, sprinkle cinnamon mix, add apples. Do another round and run a knife through to create swirls.
06 - Pop in oven for 50-60 minutes. Let it cool before adding the sweet drizzle.

# Extra Notes:

01 - Take out and rest for 10 minutes in the pan.
02 - Wait until totally cooled down before adding the sweet glaze.
