Banana PB Donuts (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - Mini chocolate chips for sprinkling.
02 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
03 - 1/4 cup milk.
04 - 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter.
05 - 2 cups powdered sugar.
06 - 1 egg, whisked.
07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
08 - 1/4 cup veggie oil.
09 - 1 1/2 cups mashed banana (about three).
10 - 1/4 tsp salt.
11 - 1 tsp baking soda.
12 - 1 tsp baking powder.
13 - 3/4 cup white sugar.
14 - 1 1/2 cups regular flour.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Shower donuts with chocolate chips after glazing.
02 - Give the cooled donuts a nice dip into the glaze.
03 - Stir up the glaze mix til no lumps are left.
04 - Let donuts rest in the pan for five minutes, then shift them to a rack so they finish cooling.
05 - Pop them in the oven for 10 minutes.
06 - Load each donut spot about two-thirds of the way.
07 - Pour the wet stuff into the dry and stir just so everything's combined. Don’t go too wild.
08 - Mash those bananas, pour in some oil, vanilla, and whip in the egg in another bowl.
09 - In your other bowl, toss together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, then salt.
10 - Crank the oven up to 350°F and spray your donut pan so nothing sticks.

# Extra Notes:

01 - Wait for donuts to be totally cool before you glaze them.
02 - Give that pan a good coat of grease before adding batter.
03 - Don’t go crazy mixing—just enough to blend.
04 - Really ripe bananas work best.
