Bang Shrimp (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 pound medium shrimp, shells off and cleaned.
02 - 1/2 cup mayo.
03 - 1/4 cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce.
04 - 1 tablespoon spicy garlic sauce.
05 - 1 egg, whisked up.
06 - 1 cup buttermilk.
07 - 1/2 cup regular flour.
08 - 1/2 cup crunchy panko crumbs.
09 - Spices (pepper, salt, powder from garlic, powder from onion, paprika).
10 - Cooking oil for deep frying.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Stir mayo with both chili sauces till smooth.
02 - Whisk egg and buttermilk together; put flour, seasonings and panko in another bowl.
03 - Roll in flour mix, dunk in egg wash, then back in flour.
04 - Let coated shrimp sit in fridge for 20-30 minutes.
05 - Drop in hot oil at 350°F and fry about 3 minutes till they're golden brown.
06 - Mix with 1/4 cup of your sauce, save the rest for dipping.

01 - You can stick these in the freezer.
02 - They'll stay good in the fridge for 3 days.
03 - Warm them up in the oven for best results.
