Get your oven hot at 375°F. Put some parchment on a baking tray.

Lay out the pastry flat and coat with 1 tablespoon of the melted butter.

Scatter the brie, nuts, and cranberries all over. Pour honey on top.

Starting from the long side, roll it up tight. Stick in freezer for 15 minutes to harden.

Brush the roll with the leftover butter. Cut into 12 equal pinwheels.

Pop in oven for 18-20 minutes till they're golden and the cheese gets all melty. Sprinkle with sugar if you want.
