Spicy Pasta Delight (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 10.5 oz (300 g) noodles.
02 - 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil.
03 - 1 lb (450 g) sausages, pork or beef.
04 - 1 large shallot, chopped finely.
05 - 1 pointy red pepper, cut into slices.
06 - 2 big garlic cloves, minced.
07 - ½ tablespoon oregano, dried.
08 - 3 tablespoons spicy Cajun mix.
09 - 2 tablespoons concentrated tomato.
10 - ½ cup (100 g) cream cheese, low-fat type.
11 - ⅓ cup (30 g) Parmesan, grated.
12 - 2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.
13 - Black pepper and salt for seasoning.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Boil pasta in salty water following box directions. Save 2 cups of the cooking water.
02 - Break up and cook sausage for 4-5 minutes. Throw in shallot and pepper, cook till soft.
03 - Toss in garlic, oregano and Cajun mix. Let it cook about 1 minute.
04 - Stir in concentrated tomato and 1 cup of saved pasta water. Mix in cream cheese until it melts away.
05 - Mix with pasta, sprinkle Parmesan and parsley on top. Add salt and pepper, then dish it up.

# Extra Notes:

01 - Keep some pasta water for making the sauce.
02 - Works with either pork or beef sausages.
03 - Make it milder or spicier by changing how much Cajun mix you use.
