19 - 1/2 cup applesauce.
20 - 1/4 cup brown sugar.
21 - 3 apples, peeled and chopped up.
22 - 2 tbsp butter.
23 - 1/4 cup caramel sauce.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Spoon on apples and drizzle that caramel.
02 - Whip up the apple topping in a skillet.
03 - Let it cool in the fridge at least six hours.
04 - Let cheesecake chill out inside the oven, then on the counter.
05 - Bake your cheesecake in a water bath for about one hour plus a few minutes.
06 - Spread the cheesecake batter all over that crust.
07 - Mix up the cream cheese filling until smooth.
08 - Put together the graham cracker base and bake it briefly.
09 - Cook the caramel using sugar and cream, mixing as you go.
