Chickpea Curry (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 cups boiled chickpeas.
02 - 1 big onion, diced.
03 - 2 regular tomatoes, diced.
04 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
05 - 1 tablespoon ginger, freshly grated.
06 - 1-2 green chili peppers.
07 - 1 teaspoon whole cumin.
08 - 2 teaspoons ground coriander.
09 - 1 teaspoon garam masala mix.
10 - ½ teaspoon turmeric powder.
11 - Red chili powder according to preference.
12 - Salt according to preference.
13 - Fresh coriander leaves for topping.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Get your chickpeas ready from soaking or use drained canned ones.
02 - Fry onions till they turn golden brown, then throw in garlic, ginger, chili peppers.
03 - Mix in tomatoes with all the spices, let them cook down and get soft.
04 - Stir in chickpeas with some water, let bubble for 10-15 minutes. Top with fresh coriander.

01 - Try adding some coconut milk for extra creaminess.
02 - Feel free to make spices stronger or milder.
