Spinach Bake (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, your call if you want it.
02 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded up, keep half for later.
03 - 8 oz softened cream cheese.
04 - 2 cups fresh spinach leaves.
05 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper.
06 - 1/4 tsp salt.
07 - 1 tbsp Italian mixed herbs.
08 - 3 garlic cloves, chopped up fine.
09 - 2 tbsp olive oil, split for different uses.
10 - 2 big chicken breasts, no skin or bones.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Hang on for five minutes before digging in.
02 - Pop it in the oven for twenty to thirty minutes till it’s cooked through.
03 - Toss the last bit of mozzarella on top now.
04 - Spread the cheesy, spinachy mix all over your chicken pieces.
05 - Set your chicken in the baking dish and space ‘em out.
06 - Stir together the cream cheese, spinach, half your mozzarella, and the Parmesan.
07 - Heat up some oil and cook the spinach just till it shrinks.
08 - Let chicken soak in oil with garlic and spices for a good fifteen to thirty minutes.
09 - Chop chicken breasts into four even, thin pieces.
10 - Turn your oven to 400°F and grease your pan.
