Pecan Turtle Clusters (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet.
02 - 12 oz soft caramels with wrappers off.
03 - 1/2 tbsp coconut oil.
04 - 1 tbsp heavy cream.
05 - 1 cup toasted pecan halves.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Stick the baking sheet in the fridge for half an hour so everything sets up nicely.
02 - Pour the melted chocolate over each nutty mound.
03 - Combine the chocolate chips with coconut oil in a bowl and microwave them, stopping every 20 seconds to stir until they're all smooth.
04 - Drizzle the silky caramel on top of every pile of pecans and wait about five minutes for it to cool down a bit.
05 - Toss the caramels and heavy cream together in a bowl, then zap them in the microwave in 15-second bursts, stirring until that caramel's totally smooth.
06 - Find a baking sheet, line it with parchment paper, and set up little groups of 3 or 4 pecan halves close together.

# Extra Notes:

01 - Tuck these away in a sealed container so they stay fresh on your counter.
02 - Pop 'em in the fridge if it gets hot out.
03 - Great for party favors or gifts during the holidays.
