Beef Rye Combo (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 tbsp unsalted butter.
02 - 2 pieces of swirl rye bread from the deli.
03 - 3 tbsp Russian-style dressing.
04 - 6 oz thinly cut corned beef.
05 - 2 pieces of Swiss cheese.
06 - 1/4 cup drained sauerkraut.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Warm up skillet on medium-low. Add butter and let it coat the surface.
02 - Put bread in the buttered pan, smear Russian-style dressing on both pieces.
03 - Top one piece with drained sauerkraut, put cheese on the other. Pile corned beef on top of the cheese.
04 - When cheese gets melty, flip one half onto the other using your spatula.
05 - Cook a couple minutes more per side until crispy brown, lightly press down. Cut in half and enjoy hot.

# Extra Notes:

01 - Go for premium deli-sliced corned beef for best flavor.
02 - Turkey or pastrami work great as alternatives.
03 - Try swapping sauerkraut with fresh coleslaw or crisp lettuce.
