Warm up skillet on medium-low. Add butter and let it coat the surface.

Put bread in the buttered pan, smear Russian-style dressing on both pieces.

Top one piece with drained sauerkraut, put cheese on the other. Pile corned beef on top of the cheese.

When cheese gets melty, flip one half onto the other using your spatula.

Cook a couple minutes more per side until crispy brown, lightly press down. Cut in half and enjoy hot.
