Chicken Milanese (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1.5 pounds chicken breast, no skin or bones.
02 - 4 tablespoons good quality olive oil.
03 - 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted (if you want).
04 - 1 cup flour for baking.
05 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic.
06 - 2-3 fresh eggs.
07 - 2 cups crunchy Panko crumbs.
08 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic.
10 - Salt.
11 - Pepper, freshly ground.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Cut chicken breasts sideways to make them thinner. Gently pound them flat if they're uneven.
02 - Grab three bowls. Mix flour with garlic powder, salt and pepper in one. Beat eggs with salt and pepper in another. Mix Panko with Parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper in the last one.
03 - Dip each chicken piece first in flour mix, then eggs, then Panko mixture. Press lightly so everything sticks well.
04 - Pour oil and butter in a big pan over medium heat. Cook chicken about 3-5 minutes on each side until it's golden and fully cooked.

# Extra Notes:

01 - You can swap in gluten-free flour and crumbs for folks with sensitivities.
02 - Put some baking paper between pieces when you store them so they don't stick together.
03 - They stay crispiest when warmed up in a pan or air fryer next day.
