Seasoned Potato Roast (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 pounds spuds, cut into 1/2-inch chunks.
02 - 1 onion, chopped into quarters.
03 - 1/2 cup veggie oil.
04 - 1/2 cup EVOO.
05 - 4 garlic cloves, minced.
06 - 1 packet dry onion soup mix.
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, diced.
08 - 1 tablespoon coarse black pepper.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Get your oven hot at 450°F (230°C).
02 - Throw potatoes, onion, both oils, garlic, soup mix, rosemary, and pepper in your pan and mix until everything's coated.
03 - Put foil over the pan and stick it in the oven for 25 minutes.
04 - Take the foil off and keep cooking another 15-30 minutes till everything looks crispy and golden.
05 - Sprinkle more rosemary on top if you want.
