# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 pound fettuccine pasta.
02 - 3 fresh eggs.
03 - 8 ounces (2 cups) newly shredded Parmesan cheese.
04 - 2 tablespoons good quality olive oil.
05 - 12 ounces diced speck or prosciutto ham.
06 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter.
07 - 1 cup chopped yellow onion.
08 - 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic.
09 - 1/4 cup dry white wine.
10 - 1 1/2 cups thick heavy cream.
11 - 8 ounces frozen green peas.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Cook fettuccine in boiling salty water until al dente.
02 - Whisk eggs together with shredded Parmesan and put aside.
03 - Heat olive oil and make speck crispy, then take out and save.
04 - Melt butter then sauté onions with garlic, pour wine and add cream.
05 - Toss in cooked pasta, crisped speck, warmed egg mixture, and frozen peas.
06 - Splash in some pasta cooking water for smoothness, then sprinkle with pepper.
