# What You’ll Need:

01 - Fresh parsley, chopped (if you want).
02 - 2 tbsp melted butter.
03 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
04 - 1 can (16 oz) ready-to-bake biscuit dough.
05 - Salt and pepper as needed.
06 - 1 tsp onion powder.
07 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
08 - 1/2 cup softened cream cheese.
09 - 1 cup cheddar, shredded.
10 - 1 lb ground beef.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Throw parsley on top at the end if you like it.
02 - Slide into the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they've got a nice golden color.
03 - Brush each little bomb with that buttery cheese mix.
04 - Mix together your melted butter and Parmesan in a little bowl.
05 - Pinch those dough edges so everything's locked in tight.
06 - Put a big spoonful of your beef filling right in the middle of each circle.
07 - Squash each biscuit down flat to make a circle.
08 - Let your beef mix chill for a minute before moving on.
09 - Stir in the cheeses, garlic, onion powder, and a little salt and pepper till it looks smooth.
10 - Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then get rid of any grease.
11 - Heat your oven to 375°F. Toss some parchment on a baking sheet.

# Extra Notes:

01 - Tastes way better when it's still warm.
02 - Filling can be made a day early if you're short on time.
03 - Really squeeze those edges closed so stuff doesn't drip out.
04 - Feel free to switch up the cheeses to try something new.
