Chicken Skewers (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 pound room temperature salted butter.
02 - 5 garlic cloves, shredded.
03 - ½ cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese.
04 - 1 lemon, grated peel and squeezed juice.
05 - 1 teaspoon salt.
06 - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.
07 - ¼ cup minced fresh parsley.
08 - 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, sliced into 2-inch pieces.
09 - 2 teaspoons salt.
10 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Soften butter in a bowl. Stir in the shredded garlic, parmesan, lemon zest and juice, salt, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
02 - Cut wooden skewers to match your air fryer size. String 6-7 chicken chunks onto each stick.
03 - Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Coat all sides with the parmesan butter mix.
04 - Cook at 350F for a total of 15 minutes, adding more butter sauce every 5 minutes.
05 - Drizzle leftover butter sauce on top. Sprinkle with parsley and add lemon wedges on the side.

# Extra Notes:

01 - Kitchen scissors work great for cutting wooden skewers.
02 - You can swap in metal skewers if they'll fit your air fryer.
03 - Skip the skewers and make bite-sized chunks instead, but watch your cooking time.
