# What You’ll Need:

01 - Extra curry powder to sprinkle on top.
02 - 1/4 cup water.
03 - 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar.
04 - 1 tbsp honey.
05 - 1 tsp cayenne or paprika.
06 - 1/2 tsp salt.
07 - 1/4 tsp black pepper.
08 - 3 tbsp curry powder.
09 - 1 cup ketchup.
10 - 1 medium onion.
11 - 8 small bratwurst sausages or 4 big ones.
12 - 1 tbsp olive oil.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Grab some fries or bread for dipping and dig in while it's nice and warm.
02 - Shake a little more curry powder over the top for an extra kick.
03 - Lay out the sausages and pour the thick saucy goodness all over them.
04 - Now add the water and let everything bubble away until it gets nice and thick.
05 - Pour in the vinegar and honey, then give it a good stir.
06 - Turn the heat to low, toss in the ketchup with the spices, and mix them in.
07 - Still using the same skillet, cook the onion until it's all soft and see-through.
08 - Once the oil is hot, brown up the bratwurst on all sides. Set them aside for now.
09 - Splash the olive oil into your big pan and warm it up.

# Extra Notes:

01 - Street food fave from Germany.
02 - Spice it up more if you want it hotter.
03 - The tangy sauce is fine to prep ahead of time.
04 - Just right with crusty dark bread or some fries.
