Beefy Hash Brown Bake (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1½ pounds minced beef.
02 - 20 ounces thawed hash browns.
03 - ½ cup melted butter.
04 - 2 cups grated cheddar.
05 - 10 ounces chicken soup concentrate.
06 - 1 cup fresh milk.
07 - Chopped scallions for topping.
08 - Season with salt and pepper.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F.
02 - Cook the beef until brown and remove excess grease. Flatten in 9x13 dish.
03 - Stir together potatoes, milk, soup, butter and 1½ cups of the cheese.
04 - Spread potato mixture on beef, sprinkle leftover cheese on top.
05 - Cook for 1 hour till top turns golden and mixture bubbles.

01 - Try substituting with any cream soup you like.
