Cream Puff Treats (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 & 1/4 cups milk.
02 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream.
03 - 1 tsp almond extract.
04 - 3.5 oz vanilla instant pudding.
05 - 4 eggs.
06 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
07 - 1/8 tsp salt.
08 - 1 cup water.
09 - 1/2 cup salted butter.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Slice the puffs in half and scoop the cream inside.
02 - Blend together your pudding mix, whipped cream, and almond flavor.
03 - Stir pudding powder into 1 and 1/4 cups milk till it thickens.
04 - Beat the cream until it fluffs up, about 3-4 minutes.
05 - Let your golden puffs chill on a wire rack.
06 - Once baked, keep them in the turned-off oven for 15 minutes.
07 - Pop them in for 35-40 minutes so they brown nicely.
08 - Spoon large dollops onto your greased or lined baking sheet.
09 - Fire up your oven to 400 degrees F.
10 - Crack in those eggs, one after another, and mix till it's silky.
11 - Lift the pan off the heat and work the flour in fast till you get a dough ball.
12 - Toss water, butter, and salt in a pan and bring to a good simmer.
