Sweet Roasted Carrots (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 pounds carrots, sliced diagonally into chunks about 2-3 inches long.
02 - 5 tablespoons butter.
03 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
04 - 2 tablespoons honey.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt, adjust to your liking.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground.
07 - Fresh parsley, chopped for topping.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Heat your oven to 425°F. Grease your baking sheet and slice up the carrots.
02 - Melt butter and cook the garlic for 3 minutes until it turns golden brown. Take off heat and mix in the honey.
03 - Mix the carrots with your sauce mixture, add salt and pepper, and toss everything together.
04 - Lay carrots out on the baking sheet without overlapping. Cook for 22-25 minutes until they're tender and browning.
05 - Taste and add more salt if needed, sprinkle with parsley before serving.
