Zesty Almond Orange Treats (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1/3 cup egg whites (roughly from 2 jumbo eggs).
02 - 1 1/4 cups white sugar.
03 - One orange's zest.
04 - 2 tablespoons honey.
05 - 2 1/2 cups almond flour.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
07 - 1/2 cup icing sugar.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Blend together egg whites, sugar, orange zest and honey until well combined.
02 - Fold in the almond flour and baking powder until everything's mixed well.
03 - Pop the dough in the fridge for anywhere from 1 to 24 hours.
04 - Split dough into 24 equal portions, form balls, then roll them in icing sugar.
05 - Cook at 325°F for about 15-17 minutes until they crack and turn slightly brown.
06 - Allow cookies to rest on the baking sheet so they get crispy outside but stay chewy inside.
