Blend together egg whites, sugar, orange zest and honey until well combined.

Fold in the almond flour and baking powder until everything's mixed well.

Pop the dough in the fridge for anywhere from 1 to 24 hours.

Split dough into 24 equal portions, form balls, then roll them in icing sugar.

Cook at 325°F for about 15-17 minutes until they crack and turn slightly brown.
