Heat your oven to 250°F. Put a silicone mat or some parchment on your cookie sheet.

Whip the egg whites with salt until they look bubbly.

Mix in Jello and sugar, then keep beating until really firm. Fold in vinegar and chocolate bits if using.

Drop spoonfuls onto your tray or use a piping bag. Top with sprinkles if you're feeling fancy.

Pop in the oven for 30 minutes. After turning off, keep them inside with door closed for another 20-30 minutes.

Take them out and let them cool all the way.
