# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 cups cake flour.
02 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
03 - 1 cup sugar.
04 - 1/2 cup butter, softened.
05 - 1 whole egg plus 1 white.
06 - 1/4 cup butter flavored shortening.
07 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
10 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
11 - 1 teaspoon almond extract.
12 - Frosting stuff (butter, shortening, extracts, powdered sugar, milk).
13 - Pink food coloring.
14 - Sprinkles.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Stir together both flours with the baking powder, cream of tartar and salt.
02 - Beat the sugar with softened butter and shortening until fluffy, then mix in eggs and both extracts.
03 - Slowly pour dry mixture into the wet ingredients.
04 - Stick the dough in your fridge for 2-3 hours.
05 - Drop spoonfuls and press down to 1/2 inch thickness.
06 - Put in a 375°F oven for 8 minutes until they're done but still pale.
07 - Whip up your frosting, add pink color, spread on cool cookies and top with sprinkles.

# Extra Notes:

01 - They'll keep in the freezer.
02 - Watch them closely so they don't get too brown.
03 - They'll stay fresh for 3-4 days.
