Heat your oven to 375°F. Lightly coat 8 cups in a muffin pan with cooking spray.

Take each roll, squish it flat and push into muffin cups to make little bowls.

Spoon peach mixture into each dough cup, chopping any big fruit chunks smaller.

Pop in oven for 12-15 minutes until they turn nice and golden.

Let them cool a bit, dribble the cinnamon roll frosting on top, then gently lift them out.
