# Steps To Make It:

01 - Let everything set in the fridge at least 3 hours or until it's nice and firm.
02 - Put together the chocolate glaze then drizzle it over the mousse layer.
03 - Once brownies are cool, spread that mousse on top.
04 - Whip the leftover cream and mix in your flavors next.
05 - Melt your white chocolate with some of the cream for the mousse part.
06 - Pop in oven and bake 25 to 28 minutes, then see if it's ready.
07 - Now gently fold in the flour so you don't beat out the air.
08 - One at a time, beat those eggs into the mix.
09 - Splash in your vanilla and mint now.
10 - Over low heat, melt butter, cocoa, sugar, and salt together.
11 - Grease your 9x13 pan and line it too.
12 - Start by turning the oven to 350°F (177°C).

# Extra Notes:

01 - It's a three-part treat. Wait until every layer cools down before you add the next.
02 - For a fun look, toss mint leaves or crushed peppermint candies on top.
