Veggie Noodle Bowl (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1/2 Tbsp oil for cooking.
02 - 4 oz. cremini mushrooms.
03 - 1.5 cups veggie broth.
04 - 1 small bunch fresh spinach.
05 - 1 pack ramen noodles (toss the seasoning).
06 - 1/2 cup canned coconut milk.
07 - For topping (if you want):.
08 - 1 chopped green onion.
09 - 1 Tbsp spicy garlic sauce or hot sauce.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Cook sliced mushrooms with oil on medium until they darken and get soft.
02 - Pour in broth and let it bubble. Drop noodles in and cook about 3 minutes till soft.
03 - Cut the heat, throw in spinach and mix until it shrinks down.
04 - Mix in the coconut milk. Add toppings if you want before eating.
