Orange Cheesecake (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - Orange zest from one orange.
02 - Half a cup of orange juice.
03 - Half a cup of cold water.
04 - Powdered sugar, three quarters of a cup.
05 - A cup and a half of crushed graham crackers.
06 - One cup boiling water.
07 - One cup heavy cream.
08 - Optional: whipped cream for topping.
09 - A quarter cup of regular sugar.
10 - Optional: extra orange slices for topping.
11 - One (3-ounce) pack orange gelatin.
12 - Melted unsalted butter, half a cup.
13 - Three (8-ounce) cream cheese, let them soften.
14 - Optional: orange zest to sprinkle on top.
15 - A handful of ice cubes.
16 - Vanilla extract, one teaspoon.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Top with your favorite garnish and dig in while it's cold.
02 - Pop it in the fridge for at least 4 hours so it'll firm up.
03 - Carefully pour the gelatin mix on top of the rest.
04 - Toss in the ice and cold water until you reach about 1 1/4 cups total.
05 - Mix the gelatin with the hot water until it all melts.
06 - Even out the cheesy mix over your crust.
07 - Whip your cream, then gently fold it into the cheese blend.
08 - Mix in the orange zest and juice next.
09 - Blend softened cream cheese, vanilla, and both sugars till it's nice and creamy.
10 - Stir up the cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter first. Spread it in your pan then put in the fridge.
