Chicken Pasta Remix (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 150g noodles.
02 - 180g previously cooked chicken, diced.
03 - 0.5 tablespoon virgin olive oil.
04 - 100g soft cream cheese.
05 - 60ml low fat milk.
06 - 100g corn kernels.
07 - 45g fresh spinach leaves.
08 - 20g shredded Parmesan.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Boil noodles in water for 10 minutes until tender.
02 - Pour olive oil in pan with medium flame, toss in diced chicken and warm until slightly brown, roughly 5 minutes.
03 - Pour milk and add cream cheese to your chicken. Stir often until cheese completely melts.
04 - Throw in corn, spinach, and Parmesan. Keep cooking until spinach gets soft.
05 - Empty water from noodles but save a bit. Toss noodles and that saved water into your chicken mix until everything's coated. Add salt and pepper as you like.

01 - Try using fresh flat noodles to cut cooking time.
02 - The leftover noodle water gives your sauce a smooth texture.
03 - Sprinkle in some red pepper flakes if you want heat.
