Fast Miso Soup (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 4 cups veggie stock.
02 - 1 sheet nori (sea vegetable), torn into small pieces.
03 - 3-4 Tbsp light or dark miso paste.
04 - 1/2 cup shredded green chard or similar leafy green.
05 - 1/2 cup sliced spring onions.
06 - 1/4 cup diced firm tofu.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Put veggie stock in a pot and let it warm up slowly till it barely bubbles.
02 - Grab a small bowl and blend miso with warm water until it's all smooth with no lumps.
03 - Toss chard, spring onions, and tofu chunks into your stock. Let them cook for 5 minutes. Drop in nori pieces.
04 - Turn off heat, pour in miso mix and stir well. Taste and tweak flavors before dishing up.
