Nordic Milk Dish (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 quart full-fat milk.
02 - ¾ cup plain white flour.
03 - ¼ cup white sugar.
04 - ⅛ teaspoon regular kosher salt.
05 - ½ cup salted butter, with extra for topping.
06 - Sugar mixed with cinnamon.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Warm milk to 195°F in a sturdy pot, keep stirring so it doesn't stick to bottom.
02 - Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
03 - Slowly soften butter using medium heat setting.
04 - Stir the dry ingredients into softened butter until you get a thick mixture.
05 - Pour mixture into hot milk, stir till it bubbles. Lower heat, simmer 5 minutes until it gets thick.
06 - Ladle into dishes, add a pat of melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix.
