Seafood Avocado Tortillas (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - Cooking oil.
02 - 16 fresh corn tortillas.
03 - 2 cups grated monterey jack cheese.
04 - 1 cup tiny salad shrimp, defrosted and pat dry.
05 - 2 soft avocados, diced into chunks.
06 - Table salt or flaky salt.
07 - Spicy chili powder.
08 - 8 ounces crumbly queso fresco.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Pour teaspoon cooking oil into pan and warm over medium-high flame.
02 - Place tortilla down, sprinkle with Monterey Jack, add shrimp, toss in avocado, dust with seasonings and crumble queso fresco.
03 - Place second tortilla on top, gently flip and cook till golden.
04 - Wait a moment before slicing.
05 - Keep making the rest, don't forget to add fresh oil between each one.
