Shrimp Salad (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 9 tablespoons mayo.
02 - Fresh chopped dill, 2 tablespoons worth.
03 - Grated lemon peel, 1 tablespoon.
04 - 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
05 - Black pepper, 1 teaspoon.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (kosher type).
07 - Jumbo shrimp (cooked and shells removed), 1 pound total.
08 - Finely chopped celery stalks, 1/2 cup.
09 - 1/3 cup diced red onion, nice and small.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Stir together the mayo, dill, lemon peel, mustard, salt and pepper until smooth.
02 - Toss the shrimp, onion and celery with the sauce until everything's covered.
