Solo Banana Pancakes (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 mushy banana.
02 - 1 egg.
03 - 2 tablespoons buttermilk.
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
05 - 2 teaspoons brown sugar.
06 - 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons flour.
07 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
08 - 1/8 teaspoon baking soda.
09 - Tiny bit of salt.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Squash banana in a bowl. Beat in egg, buttermilk, oil and sugar until mixed.
02 - Dump in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir until there aren't any lumps.
03 - Warm up pan on medium heat, then turn it down a bit. Add some grease to the pan.
04 - Drop 1/3 cup of mix for each pancake. Wait for bubbles to pop up, then flip it over.

# Extra Notes:

01 - Works with gluten-free flour too.
02 - Toss in some chocolate chips, fruit or nuts if you want.
03 - Each pancake needs about 4-6 minutes to cook right.
