Squash banana in a bowl. Beat in egg, buttermilk, oil and sugar until mixed.

Dump in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir until there aren't any lumps.

Warm up pan on medium heat, then turn it down a bit. Add some grease to the pan.

Drop 1/3 cup of mix for each pancake. Wait for bubbles to pop up, then flip it over.
