03 - 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped with no tops.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 2 large eggs.
06 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
07 - 1 cup sugar.
08 - 2 packs (8 oz each) cream cheese, all soft.
09 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter.
10 - 1/4 cup sugar.
11 - 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers.
12 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Slice into squares and dig in.
02 - Once cold, add the topping onto your bars.
03 - Let your strawberry mix cool all the way.
04 - Pour in the cornstarch water and cook till it's thick.
05 - In a small pot, heat strawberries with sugar and lemon until juicy.
06 - Chill for four hours in the fridge.
07 - Leave it out till it's not warm.
08 - Pop it in your oven for 35-40 min. You want the middle set.
09 - Pour the mix on top of the cooled cookie crust.
10 - Drop eggs in, one by one, mixing each in.
11 - Toss in sugar, sour cream, and the vanilla. Mix.
12 - Whip the cream cheese so it's super smooth.
13 - Bake your crust for ten min then let it chill.
14 - Combine the butter, crumbs, and sugar then press into your pan.
15 - Line your 9x13 pan with a piece of parchment.
16 - Crank up the oven to 325°F (163°C).

# Extra Notes:

01 - Keep bars chilled up to five days. Freeze them (just don't add the fruit topping yet) for longer.
