Hold the molds under some warm water until they slide out easy.

Pop them in the freezer for at least four hours.

Sprinkle that buttery graham mix on the top.

Pour on that white chocolate if you picked it.

Give the molds a few taps so any air escapes.

Spoon your mix into the popsicle molds, but stop about a quarter from the top.

Stir the melted butter into the graham crumbs and get a sandy mix going.

Mix the strawberries and sugar together in another bowl.

Gently mix in the crushed graham crackers.

Add in the heavy cream and sour cream, blend it all together.

Now pour in your sugar and vanilla and give it a good blend.

Whip the softened cream cheese until it's fluffy with no lumps.
