Cheesecake Pops (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 cup graham cracker crumbs.
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1 cup crushed strawberries.
04 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
05 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
06 - 8 ounces cream cheese, let it get soft.
07 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
08 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
10 - 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers.
11 - 1/2 cup white chocolate chips if you want.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Hold the molds under some warm water until they slide out easy.
02 - Pop them in the freezer for at least four hours.
03 - Sprinkle that buttery graham mix on the top.
04 - Pour on that white chocolate if you picked it.
05 - Give the molds a few taps so any air escapes.
06 - Spoon your mix into the popsicle molds, but stop about a quarter from the top.
07 - Stir the melted butter into the graham crumbs and get a sandy mix going.
08 - Mix the strawberries and sugar together in another bowl.
09 - Gently mix in the crushed graham crackers.
10 - Add in the heavy cream and sour cream, blend it all together.
11 - Now pour in your sugar and vanilla and give it a good blend.
12 - Whip the softened cream cheese until it's fluffy with no lumps.

# Extra Notes:

01 - You can use paper cups if you don't have popsicle molds.
02 - Mix some strawberry puree into the filling if you want a bigger hit of berry flavor.
