# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted.
02 - 1/8 tsp ground ginger.
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour.
05 - 1 tbsp lime juice.
06 - Pinch kosher salt.
07 - 1/4 tsp ground ginger.
08 - 1 tbsp cornstarch.
09 - 3 tbsp granulated sugar.
10 - 1 cup diced rhubarb.
11 - 1 cup diced strawberries.
12 - 2 large eggs.
13 - 1 tsp kosher salt.
14 - 1 tsp lime zest.
15 - 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
16 - 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast.
17 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar.
18 - 1/2 cup full-fat sour cream.
19 - 1/2 cup whole milk.
20 - 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp unsalted butter.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Slide those in the oven at 350°F. Give them 18 to 20 minutes to get golden.
02 - Give your dough 30 minutes to puff up a bit.
03 - Sprinkle crumble mix over the top after filling.
04 - Cut out dough circles, press little dips in the center, and load up with the filling.
05 - Roll the dough out until it's about half an inch thick.
06 - Let the filling simmer for 12-15 minutes until soft and jammy.
07 - Work the dough with your hands for five minutes, then pop it in the fridge to rest overnight.
08 - Add in your flour, lime zest, salt, and eggs, and stir until you get a dough.
09 - Mix in sugar and yeast and leave it alone for five minutes so it gets bubbly.
10 - Gently warm up the butter, milk, and sour cream to 115°F, just warm but not hot.
