Clean and remove tops from strawberries, chop bigger ones into chunks.

Put strawberries in blender with half the sugar and make smooth.

Toss in the leftover sugar, lemon juice and water. Whirl until everything's mixed.

Transfer to a container, stick in freezer for 3 hours minimum or leave overnight.

Take out and wait 5-10 minutes so it's soft enough to scoop.
