Berry Freeze (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 4 cups ripe or icy strawberries.
02 - 1 cup white sugar.
03 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice.
04 - ½ cup cold water.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Clean and remove tops from strawberries, chop bigger ones into chunks.
02 - Put strawberries in blender with half the sugar and make smooth.
03 - Toss in the leftover sugar, lemon juice and water. Whirl until everything's mixed.
04 - Transfer to a container, stick in freezer for 3 hours minimum or leave overnight.
05 - Take out and wait 5-10 minutes so it's soft enough to scoop.

# Extra Notes:

01 - Feel free to use more or less sugar.
02 - Try adding mint or mixing in blueberries.
