# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 tablespoons cooking oil from olives.
02 - 1 cup chopped onion.
03 - 1 cup chopped green pepper.
04 - 1 tablespoon crushed fresh garlic.
05 - 1 pound 80/20 ground beef.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered mustard.
07 - 2 teaspoons powder from chilis.
08 - 2 teaspoons salt for cooking.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper.
10 - 1/2 cup raw long grain white rice.
11 - 2 tablespoons concentrated tomato sauce.
12 - 1 14.5-ounce can chopped tomatoes with liquid.
13 - 1 cup water.
14 - 1 teaspoon tangy brown sauce.
15 - 1 cup grated yellow cheese, if wanted.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Pour oil in a covered skillet and warm it up on medium high heat.
02 - Toss in onion, peppers, garlic, meat and spices. Stir until meat turns brown. Pour off extra fat.
03 - Add rice and stir for 2 minutes so it soaks up juices.
04 - Stir in tomato paste for 1 minute. Pour in tomatoes, water, and brown sauce.
05 - Put lid on and cook slowly for 20 minutes. Stir and keep cooking if too wet.
06 - If you want, sprinkle cheese on top during final cooking minutes.

# Extra Notes:

01 - You can make it more or less spicy by changing how much chili powder you use.
02 - Make sure to get rid of extra meat grease before you put the rice in.
03 - Adding cheese at the end gives it extra yummy flavor if you want.
