# What You’ll Need:

01 - 10.5 ounces juicy fresh corn kernels.
02 - 1 tablespoon spicy red curry paste.
03 - 1 teaspoon fish sauce or plain salt.
04 - 1.5 cups rice flour or cornstarch.
05 - 1 whole egg.
06 - 1/2 cup water chilled with ice.
07 - 4 thinly sliced kaffir lime leaves.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Toss together the flour, corn, lime leaves, curry paste, egg and fish sauce in a bowl.
02 - Pour in the freezing water bit by bit while stirring.
03 - Scoop small amounts into hot oil, washing your spoon after each drop.
04 - Let them sizzle until they turn crispy and golden brown, flipping now and then.
05 - Set them on paper towels to soak up extra oil.
