# What You’ll Need:

01 - 3 eggs taken straight from the fridge.
02 - 3 TBS softened full-fat cream cheese.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar powder.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Get your oven hot at 300°F. Split the yolks from whites in each egg.
02 - Stir yolks with cream cheese till you get a silky blend.
03 - Whip the whites with cream of tartar until they form firm peaks.
04 - Gently mix the yolk blend into your fluffy whites bit by bit.
05 - Drop spoonfuls onto a sheet lined with parchment. Let them cook 30 minutes till they turn golden brown.

01 - Always go for the full-fat cream cheese to nail this dish.
02 - These will stay good for 3 days on your counter or 7 days in your fridge.
