Tiramisu Treats (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 1/2 cups regular flour.
02 - 1 cup white sugar.
03 - 1/2 cup softened butter.
04 - 2 eggs, large.
05 - 1/2 cup full-fat milk.
06 - 1/4 cup cold espresso.
07 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon table salt.
10 - Items for coffee dipping mixture.
11 - Stuff for mascarpone topping.
12 - Cocoa for sprinkling on top.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Warm up oven to 350°F and put paper liners in your muffin pan.
02 - Mix the flour with baking powder and salt in a bowl.
03 - Beat the butter with sugar until fluffy, then add the eggs and vanilla.
04 - Pour in dry mix and liquids bit by bit, switching between milk and coffee.
05 - Put batter in the liners about 2/3 full and cook for 18-20 minutes.
06 - Let cupcakes cool then brush them with the coffee mix.
07 - Whip up the mascarpone topping and swirl it onto each cupcake.
08 - Sprinkle some cocoa on top and add any extras you want.
