Creamy Italian Chicken (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1½ pounds chicken breasts without skin or bones, cut into thin slices.
02 - 2 Tablespoons oil from olives.
03 - 1 cup thick cream.
04 - 1/2 cup broth made from chicken.
05 - 1 teaspoon powder of garlic.
06 - 1 teaspoon herbs from Italy.
07 - 1/2 cup cheese from Parma region.
08 - 1 cup leafy spinach, cut small.
09 - 1/2 cup tomatoes dried in sun, liquid removed.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Brown the chicken pieces in olive oil using medium-high heat about 3-5 minutes each side until they're fully done.
02 - Pour in the cream, mix with broth, add the garlic powder, herbs and cheese. Stir with whisk until it gets thick.
03 - Toss in the spinach with sun-dried tomatoes, let it bubble until the greens soften.
04 - Put chicken back in the pan and warm it up. You can pop it on some pasta if you want.

01 - Goes well on top of pasta, with rice or alongside some potatoes.
02 - Tastes best when you eat it right away for the nicest sauce.
03 - Warms up good with a tiny bit more cream added.
