Crispy Cauliflower (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 tiny cauliflower head.
02 - 3 beaten eggs.
03 - ½ cup flour for coating.
04 - ⅓ tsp table salt.
05 - ¼ tsp ground pepper.
06 - 4 tbsp veggie oil for cooking.
07 - Optional garlicky topping:.
08 - 1 tbsp crushed garlic.
09 - 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley.
10 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice.
11 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Snap cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Cook in salty water for 7-9 minutes till soft. Strain well.
02 - Dump flour into a dish. Grab another dish and beat eggs with salt and pepper.
03 - Roll cauliflower in the flour first, then dunk it in the egg mix.
04 - Heat oil in pan over medium flame and cook for 3-4 minutes each side until they're nice and golden.
05 - Combine garlic, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil. Pour over the cooked cauliflower if you want.
