# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 apples, cut into fine slices.
02 - 6 tablespoons natural honey.
03 - 1 sheet of puff pastry, divided into 8 equal rectangles.
04 - 1 small beaten egg for glazing.
05 - A sprinkle of powdered sugar to finish.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Warm up your oven to 400°F and slice your apples super thin.
02 - Spread honey on parchment first, arrange apple slices on top, then place pastry rectangles over everything.
03 - Coat pastry with beaten egg, pop in oven for 15-20 mins until they're nice and golden.
04 - Let them cool a bit, turn them over, stick back in oven if needed, then add a light sugar dusting.
