Cheesy Bacon Melt (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 tablespoon soft salted butter at counter temperature.
02 - 2 pieces of tangy sourdough bread.
03 - 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar.
04 - 2 tablespoons mashed avocado dip at counter temperature.
05 - 2 strips of crispy, broken-up bacon.
06 - 1 tablespoon crushed corn chips.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Spread butter on one face of both bread pieces. Make sure everything's not cold from the fridge.
02 - Start with the dry side, add some cheese, then avocado mix, crumbled bacon bits, crushed chips, and finish with the rest of your cheese. Put the second bread on top with butter facing out.
03 - Toss it in a warm skillet over medium fire for about 2-4 minutes each side until it's toasty brown and the cheese gets all gooey.

02 - Works fine with no-gluten bread too.
03 - Skip the bacon and chips if you want.
