Blueberry Bombs (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 tbsp white sugar.
02 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
03 - 3/4 cup blueberry pie mix.
04 - 8 jumbo biscuits from a 16-ounce can.
05 - 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Let everything sit for five minutes before you dig in.
02 - Pop in the oven for 15-17 minutes, should turn nice and golden.
03 - Shake on cinnamon and sugar while they're still hot.
04 - Paint the tops with your melted butter.
05 - Place the folded biscuits seam side down onto your pan.
06 - Pinch all the biscuit edges shut so nothing leaks out.
07 - Scoop a spoonful of filling into the middle of every biscuit.
08 - Press each biscuit flat with your hands.
09 - Fire up the oven to 375°F and layer a baking sheet with parchment.

# Extra Notes:

01 - They taste awesome when they're still warm.
02 - Switch out the filling for any fruit jam or pie stuff you like.
03 - If you don't seal it well, the filling could ooze out.
04 - Try using an air fryer—8 to 10 minutes at 350°F gets it done.
