Caramel Brown Sugar (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 to 3 cups powdered sugar.
02 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
03 - 1/2 cup butter.
04 - 1 cup brown sugar.
05 - 1/4 cup milk.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Spread it while it’s still nice and soft.
02 - Stir in your vanilla now.
03 - Toss in more powdered sugar if it feels too runny.
04 - Mix in 2 cups of powdered sugar. Stop when it’s smooth.
05 - Take it off the heat and just hang tight till it’s warm.
06 - Let it bubble and keep stirring for 2 or 3 minutes.
07 - Crank the heat up a bit so it starts a gentle boil.
08 - Pour the milk in and give everything a good stir.
09 - Stir in the brown sugar and let it melt in.
10 - Get the butter melting low and slow in your pot.
