Let cool down, then break the clusters into smaller pieces.

Pop the baking sheet in for 8-10 minutes. Give it all a little stir when you’re halfway.

Spread those sticky pretzels flat on your lined sheet.

Dump all the pretzels into a big bowl. Drizzle the hot toffee over and mix till everything’s coated.

Turn the heat off. Throw in your baking soda and vanilla and give it a quick mix.
