Pasta Pizza Bake (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 pound regular pork sausage chunks.
02 - 1 pound diced ham.
03 - ½-1 pound sliced pepperoni.
04 - 1 pound bow tie pasta.
05 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic.
06 - 1 big onion, chopped small, roughly 1 ½ cups.
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves.
08 - 2 (26-ounce) containers marinara sauce.
09 - 3 (8 ounce) packages shredded mozzarella, 24 ounces total.
10 - 6 tablespoons grated parmesan.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Get your oven hot at 375F and give your 9x13 baking dish a quick spray.
02 - Get pasta soft but still a bit firm, just follow what the box says.
03 - Put sausage, garlic, onion, and oregano in a pan over medium-high heat till meat's done and onions look clear.
04 - Spread sauce on dish bottom. Add ⅓ pasta, ⅓ sauce, 8oz mozzarella, 2tbsp parmesan, then the sausage mix.
05 - Add half the pasta you have left, half your remaining sauce, 8oz mozzarella, 2tbsp parmesan, and the ham pieces.
06 - Finish with the last bits of pasta, sauce, cheese, and lay pepperoni on top.
07 - Stick it in the oven for 40 minutes until it bubbles and the cheese turns golden. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before you dig in.

01 - You can make it early and keep it in the fridge.
02 - Sticks well in the freezer up to 3 months.
03 - Letting it sit makes cutting portions easier.
