Coffee Infused Treats (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 113 grams soft unsalted butter (1/2 cup).
02 - 200 grams white sugar (1 cup).
03 - 2 eggs.
04 - 1 tablespoon coffee flavoring.
05 - 145 grams plain flour (1 1/8 cup).
06 - 60 grams unsweetened cocoa (1/2 cup).
07 - 2 teaspoons quick dissolve espresso granules.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
10 - 175 grams dark chocolate chunks (1 cup).
11 - 150 grams coffee beans coated in chocolate (1 cup).
12 - Chocolate jimmies, if desired.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Whip butter with sugar till fluffy. Drop in eggs and coffee flavoring.
02 - Combine flour, cocoa, espresso granules, baking soda, and salt through a sieve. Stir into wet mixture.
03 - Gently mix chocolate chunks and coated coffee beans into batter.
04 - Cover dough and stick in fridge for at least 60 minutes.
05 - Roll into small balls about the size of golf balls. Cover with jimmies if you want.
06 - Pop in a 375°F oven for 12-14 minutes. Let sit on tray 10 minutes before moving to cooling rack.
