Oreo Pops (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1/2 cup Oreo crumbs to finish the pops.
02 - A whole pack (15.25 oz) of Oreos, all smashed up.
03 - Cake pop sticks for dipping.
04 - A block (8 oz) of cream cheese, brought to room temp.
05 - 12 oz bag of white chocolate chips, ready to melt.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Let them chill until the chocolate hardens up.
02 - Give each chocolate-covered pop a roll in the leftover Oreo bits.
03 - Coat your balls in that melted white chocolate.
04 - Zap white chocolate chips in the microwave for 20 seconds at a time, stirring between rounds till melted.
05 - Pop your tray of balls in the freezer and hang tight for 30 minutes.
06 - Push a cake pop stick into each ball.
07 - Grab pieces of dough and roll into little balls about an inch wide.
08 - Mash up the rest of the crushed cookies with the cream cheese till you get a thick paste.
09 - Toss Oreos in the food processor and blitz, save half a cup for later.

02 - You can stash them in the freezer in advance.
03 - Best if kept in the fridge until gone.
